Our payment options include:

  • Cash, check, and credit card
  • Flex spending accounts, health savings accounts, etc.
  • Financing through CareCredit
  • Payment schedules for complete treatment plans

Dental Insurance

Unfortunately, most dental insurance companies do not provide coverage to allow patients access to the highest level of care. Most dental insurance companies will provide minimal benefits for very basic procedures. Many of our patients have dental insurance and we will help our patients maximize their dental insurance benefits.

While we do not participate with any dental insurance plans, we will submit billing to your insurance company so that you can receive reimbursement directly from the insurance company. If you have specific questions about your dental insurance, please contact our office.

Payment & Insurance FAQs

Do you accept my dental insurance plan?

Metropolitan Center for Complete Dentistry works with most dental insurance companies as a non-participating provider. This means that you will pay us directly for the full cost of your treatment. Our staff will electronically submit documentation and billing to your insurance company so that you receive reimbursement directly to your home.

How long does reimbursement take?

The time it takes to receive reimbursement varies depending on the dental insurance company, but our patients tell us that the turnaround time is typically very quick. Some patients receive reimbursement within ten days. Most receive reimbursement within three weeks. Contact your insurance provider for specific questions about reimbursement.

What is covered by dental insurance?

Treatment coverage varies from one dental insurance provider to another. Most carriers cover preventive services such as dental cleanings, routine examinations, and dental x-rays. Most dental insurance companies do not provide coverage for the highest level of care. For example, the cost of dental implants will most likely not be covered, but dentures may be.

Metropolitan Center for Complete Dentistry is not responsible for and cannot guarantee the coverage your dental insurance will provide. As the patient, it is ultimately your responsibility to know your dental insurance benefits, and you are responsible for all charges. You are responsible for providing us with current and accurate insurance information. We do not accept the assignment of insurance benefits.

Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?

Not at this time.
