Invisalign® East Hanover, NJ

InvisalignAn Overview

Dr. Raj Upadya is an Invisalign® Preferred Provider in East Hanover, New Jersey. Invisalign® invisible braces are clear, removable, and comfortable. Invisalign is best for patients who need mild to moderate orthodontic treatment. Invisible braces are one of the cosmetic dentistry treatments we provide to the public in East Hanover, New Jersey.

One of the greatest benefits of Invisalign® in East Hanover is that it will gently reposition the teeth without causing damage to tooth enamel, gum tissue, or a TMJ disorder.

Invisalign® is best used to treat a variety of orthodontic concerns including overbite, underbite, cross-bite, and crooked teeth. Studies show that clear braces may be better for your dental hygiene during treatment.

Because Invisalign® aligners are removable, you can brush and floss teeth normally, unlike traditional metal braces which can be difficult to care for and often trap food particles between the braces and teeth. In addition, you can remove Invisalign aligners to enjoy the food and drinks you like without restrictions.

Invisalign® is virtually invisible, almost no one will be able to tell you are wearing clear braces. Invisalign® aligners are made of ultra-thin, ultra-clear, hard-soft plastic. Depending on your case, you will wear a series of aligners for approximately 2 weeks each. Most patients complete treatment in 6 – 12 months.
